Move toward a visible, safer environment and support immediate wellbeing.

LISTEN

Allow the person's own words. Do not investigate, ask leading questions or promise secrecy.

ESCALATE

Use emergency services for immediate danger; otherwise follow the current approved pathway.

IMMEDIATE DANGER

Use local emergency services and the venue emergency plan.

Do not wait for an app, website, email reply or routine organizational contact. Courtcraft Oceania has no alerting or reporting function.
